Step 4 of the loop
We check every week and tell you the day AI starts naming you
Every question you approved gets asked to the engines on a weekly rotation. When one of them starts naming you, you get an email with the answer in it. Not a number that moved. The paragraph a buyer would have read.
Why this is the point of the whole thing
You can do everything right and have no idea it worked. AI recommendations produce no impressions, no rankings, and no referrer, so the week you start winning looks exactly like the week before. That is a miserable way to run a project and it is why most people stop around week three.
It is also the deeper reason this category disappoints people. Every marketing thing our buyers have bought shared one shape: money out, activity performed, results unattributable. The trackers measure honestly and stop there, which leaves you smart about the gap and no closer to closing it. A scale never made anyone lose weight.
So the only fix worth building is a closed loop that ends in evidence: this page published on this date, this engine started naming you on that date. A report is not a result. The unit of value here is the receipt.
A report is not a result.
How it works
- 1Each approved question gets asked to Perplexity, and to Claude as well once you are in contention.
- 2A question counts as won when an engine cites your domain, or names you and links you. Nothing softer counts.
- 3The state moves on the last three checks rather than one, so an engine having an off day never takes a win away from you.
- 4Publish a page and that question jumps the rotation instead of waiting its turn.
What you get
- A weekly pass over every question you approved, with no button to press
- An email the week a question is won, naming the engine that said it
- The answer text itself, so you can read what a buyer would read
- A board showing what is won, what is in contention, and what has not started
Questions, answered
How soon after I publish?
Three days at the earliest. Checking sooner only records a guaranteed miss, because the engines have not re-read your site yet, and that miss would count against you in the rolling window.
Why weekly and not daily?
Engines re-crawl on the order of weeks. Checking daily costs money and tells you nothing new.
What actually counts as a win?
A real citation of your domain, or your business name and your domain together. A vague mention with no attribution does not move anything.
How long does it usually take?
It depends on your site and your niche, and we would rather say that than invent a number. What we can promise is that you will know the week it happens instead of guessing.
Everything else it does
And what it scores you on
Before any of this runs, a scan reads your site the way an engine does and scores it on six signals.
One question. One page. One win.
Find the question you're losing, publish the page that answers it, and get told the week an engine starts naming you.
